CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. CSS is a style-sheet language used to style documents written in a markup language, such as HTML and XHTML. Web developers both love and hate CSS - It is unarguably a wonderful and easy language to present XML documents (Like web-pages), but the most common grief for the developers using CSS is the compatibility problems between the browsers.
